Quick fixes (worth checking first)

Login issues

  • Check you are using the same email address you used to sign up or purchase.

  • Try resetting your password.

  • If you used Google/Apple login, use the same method again.

Paid but cannot access your content

  • Log out, refresh the page, then log back in.

  • Check your inbox for the purchase confirmation email (sometimes access details are there).

  • If you have more than one email address, you may have purchased under a different one.

Videos not loading

  • Refresh the page.

  • Try a different browser (Chrome usually works best).

  • Disable ad blockers for the site and try again.

Downloads not working

  • Try a different browser or device.

  • On mobile, downloads often work better on desktop.

  • Work or public Wi-Fi can block downloads.

  • The product or membership name

  • What happened (and what you expected to happen)

  • Screenshots (optional, but helpful)

Response time

We typically reply within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, UK time).

Billing, cancellations, and refunds

If your request is about payments, cancellations, or refunds, please include:

  • The email used at checkout

  • The date of purchase

  • The product or membership name
