Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 March 2026

These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your use of VisibilityGym® (the Site) and any related content, products, memberships, programmes, courses, downloads, and services we provide (together, the Services). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1) Who we are

VisibilityGym® is operated by VisibilityGym Ltd (we, us, our).
Contact: support@visibilitygym.com

2) Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it if it changes.

3) What you are buying

VisibilityGym® provides educational content related to communication, leadership, personal branding, and professional development. Some content is free, and some is paid.

When you purchase a digital product or membership:

  • You are buying access to the content described on the checkout or sales page.

  • Access may be delivered instantly or shortly after purchase by email or via your account area.

4) Payments, billing, and renewals

  • Prices are shown at checkout and may include or exclude VAT depending on your location and the checkout system.

  • If you purchase a subscription or membership, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

  • You can cancel future renewals at any time via your account settings (if available) or by emailing support@visibilitygym.com. Cancellation stops future charges but does not usually refund past payments.

5) Refunds

Because most VisibilityGym® products are digital and delivered immediately, refunds are not always available.

If you offer a specific refund policy for a product, it will be stated clearly on the sales page or at checkout, and that policy will apply.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@visibilitygym.com and we will review it.

6) Your licence to use the content

When you purchase or access the Services, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own personal or internal business use.

You may not:

  • Share login access with anyone else

  • Copy, reproduce, resell, repackage, distribute, or publicly display our content (including PDFs, videos, templates, and course materials)

  • Use our content to create competing products or services

  • Remove watermarks, copyright notices, or branding

We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

7) Community guidelines and acceptable use

If the Services include community spaces (for example, groups, comments, or live sessions), you agree to keep the space respectful and safe.

You must not:

  • Harass, bully, threaten, or discriminate against others

  • Post illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content

  • Spam, promote unrelated services, or solicit members without permission

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the Site or platform

  • Upload viruses or malicious code

We may suspend or terminate access (without refund) if we believe you have violated these Terms or harmed the community.

8) Intellectual property

The Services, including the Site, brand, logos, course materials, videos, text, worksheets, and design assets are owned by VisibilityGym Ltd or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.

VisibilityGym® and any associated names are our brand identifiers and may not be used without written permission.

9) Results disclaimer

We care about outcomes, but we cannot guarantee specific results. Your progress depends on many factors, including your effort, context, skills, and choices.

Testimonials and examples are not promises of typical results.

10) Health, psychological, legal, and financial disclaimer

VisibilityGym® content is educational and is not a substitute for professional advice. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on the Services.

If you need medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, consult a qualified professional. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

11) Service availability and changes

We aim to keep the Services available and working smoothly, but we do not promise uninterrupted access.

We may:

  • Update, change, or remove parts of the Services

  • Add or remove features

  • Pause access for maintenance or security reasons

If you have an ongoing subscription, we will aim to make changes in good faith and keep the overall value aligned with what you signed up for.

12) Third-party services and links

The Site may integrate with or link to third-party services (for example payment providers, video hosting, email platforms). We are not responsible for third-party services, their content, or their policies.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms.

13) Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You breach these Terms

  • We suspect fraud, unauthorised access, or misuse

  • We are required to do so by law

If access is terminated due to a breach, you may lose access to paid content without refund.

14) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits, lost business, or reputational harm).

  • Our total liability related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or the minimum amount required by law, if higher).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

15) Privacy

Your personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and store your information.

16) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales, unless consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.
