As Visibility Gym offers downloadable digital products, the return of such products is impossible. We insist that each product is the Intellectual Property of Eve (Yevheniya) Voyevoda and, under any circumstances, can not be resold or gifted without permission of the author!

Our refund and returns policy last ONLY 14 days for the UK and EU, where the refund is mandatory.
In any other countries, several types of goods are exempt from being returned non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
As Visibility Gym sells downloadable digital goods, such as courses, masterclasses, and webinars, we can’t offer a refund.
Refunds
According to law, Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Therefore, the sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
If for some reason, you had technical difficulties in accessing the course, please connect us at support@visibilitygym.com. We will fix the issues, and you will receive access to the purchased item.
Responsibility
All results from courses and learning materials are 100% dependent on the student and the student’s determination to practice and do the homework in time. Visibility Gym provides paid access to learning materials, courses and webinars.
